Terms of Use
This site is operated by Moretime.ai Inc., a Texas corporation — "we" and "us" below. OnTheList.Live is one of our products; our main site is moretime.ai. It is a Preview site: it describes a product we intend to build, it collects a waitlist, and it runs one questionnaire. Using the site means you accept these terms. They cover this site, this list and this questionnaire, and nothing else.
Who may use it
Anyone can read these pages and take the scorecard. Nothing is asked of you to do either.
To join the list you must be 18 or older and acting for yourself or for a business or organisation you are authorised to represent. This is a business-to-business product. It is not aimed at children, and we do not knowingly collect anything from them.
What this site is, and what it is not
An overview of a product we intend to build, and the Sponsorship Board Fit Scorecard.
The product does not exist yet. Nothing here is for sale, no payment is taken, no account is created, and there is nothing to sign in to. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell securities or a guarantee of results.
Where we describe the intended product — hosts opening a sponsorship board, sponsors bidding for ranked placement, hosts intended to be the merchant of record via Stripe Connect direct charges — we are describing what we plan to build. Plans change. None of it is a commitment, and none of it forms part of these terms. If and when the product opens, it will carry its own terms, and you will see them before you use it.
The waitlist
Joining the list tells us you want to hear when boards open. That is the whole of what it does.
- It is not acceptance into the pilot, and not a position in a queue.
- It creates no entitlement to a board, a listing, early access, or anything else.
- We decide who we invite. We may decline any submission, or remove any entry from the list, at our discretion and without giving a reason.
- Your email address is your entry. Submitting again updates the details we hold rather than adding a second entry — and if we have already declined an entry, submitting again does not reopen it.
Board Fit Review applications are not open yet. When they open, everyone on the list hears first.
The scorecard
The Sponsorship Board Fit Scorecard is fifteen statements you score yourself, 0 to 2. Your browser adds them up and shows you a band straight away. Your answers stay in your browser unless you then choose to join the list.
Because you score it, it is worth exactly what you put into it — the page says a flattering guess earns zero, and it means that. The scorecard is general information. It is not professional, legal, financial, or business advice, and it is no substitute for your own judgement or for advice about your own situation.
A scorecard result is an assessment, not an offer, an approval, or a promise of bids, revenue, clicks, or leads. A "ready" band does not mean we will invite you, and a "not yet" band does not mean we will not.
The result is yours. You do not need OnTheList.Live to use it — keep it, act on it, share it, ignore it. We claim nothing over it, and we promise nothing about what happens if you act on it.
Acceptable use
- Submit your own details, or your organisation's. Never someone else's name or address.
- Answer honestly. False information wastes your time as much as ours.
- Do not attack, overload, probe or interfere with this site or with the service that receives the forms, and do not try to reach data that is not yours.
- Do not scrape the site or submit through it by automated means.
- Do not reproduce the pages or the questionnaire and present them as your own.
We can remove anyone who does these things from the list.
Your data
What we collect, why we collect it, and how long we hold it is set out in the Privacy Policy, which applies alongside these terms.
What belongs to whom
The site, its copy and design, the OnTheList.Live name and mark, and the Sponsorship Board Fit Scorecard — the fifteen statements, the scoring, the bands and the guidance behind each one — are ours or licensed to us.
You may read the site, take the scorecard, and use and share your own answers and your own result, for any purpose, without asking us. Republishing the pages, reproducing the questionnaire, or presenting either as your own work needs our permission in writing.
Links to other sites
Where this site links or refers to something we do not run, we are not responsible for it. Follow those links on your own judgement, under whatever terms and privacy practices apply there.
No warranties
The site is provided as it is and as it happens to be available. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free or safe from every attack, and we do not promise the content or the scorecard is accurate, complete, current, or suited to your situation. So far as the law allows, we exclude every warranty, condition and term that would otherwise be implied into your use of this site.
Limits on liability
So far as the law allows, we are not liable for lost profit, lost revenue, lost business, lost opportunity or lost data, or for any indirect or consequential loss, arising from your use of this site or from a decision you take on the strength of a scorecard result. Nothing here is for sale, so you pay us nothing for it, and our total liability for everything connected with this site is limited to what you have paid us for it.
Some laws do not permit limits like these. Where that is so, these limits apply only as far as that law allows, and nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
The site may change or disappear
We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of this site — the scorecard and the list included — at any time and without notice. It is a Preview site; treat it as temporary. If you want to keep a scorecard result, save it while it is on your screen.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, we publish the new version on this page with a new version number and date at the top. The version in force is the one published here when you use the site. There is no other notice here — the only emails we send are the ones the Privacy Policy describes.
Governing law
These terms, and any dispute about them or about this site, are governed by the law of the State of Texas. If you deal with us as a consumer rather than as a business, any protection you have under the mandatory law of the place you live still applies to you.
